Track Your Order
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information. You can view the status of your order by logging into your account. You will have access to the shipping company and tracking number of your package. We have partnered with multiple delivery services in order to get your products to you quickly and safely. Our team, supplier team, and third-party logistic providers are all involved in the delivery process.
Studioonyx offers free shipping on most products. However, there may be delivery fees charged for certain products, depending on the item and the delivery location’s postal code.
We offer free delivery for many products. For certain products, however, delivery fees may apply. Delivery charges are based on the product, customer location, and total order value, and will be displayed on the product’s detail page before checkout. Additionally, for certain bulky products, we may ask for additional charges for door-to-door delivery in multi-story buildings (for each floor climbed). The range of this additional charge will be shown on the product’s detail page and must be paid to the delivery personnel directly. You can also opt for standard/on ground/ground floor delivery, where you can pick up the products from the ground floor.
Shipping Rates and Times
We currently offer standard shipping for all orders, with rates and delivery times based on your location. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, based on the weight and size of your order.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of our products. Orders typically take between 3-7 business days to arrive, but may take longer during peak periods or if there are any unforeseen delays.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package.
Please note that orders may be delayed if we need to verify your payment information or if we need to contact you regarding your order. In such cases, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
We currently offer standard delivery only, but we may introduce additional delivery options in the future. If you have any special delivery requirements or requests, please contact our customer service team and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you order more than one item from us, we’ll do our best to ship all of your items together. However, if some of the items in your order are located in different locations, we may need to send multiple packages from multiple suppliers. If this is the case, you will not incur any additional costs for freight/delivery. In the unlikely event that we’re unable to ship your complete order, we will ship the items we have in stock and backorder the remaining items. You will receive an email notification with the estimated delivery date for the backordered items and will not be charged any additional freight/delivery costs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care to ensure that your orders are packed securely and arrive in good condition. However, if your package arrives damaged or if it does not arrive at all, please contact our customer service team and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
