Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery

Shipping is offered at no additional cost for most products on However, certain products may incur delivery fees based on their nature and the delivery location's pin code.

2. Tracking Your Order

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email notification when your order is shipped.

You can easily track the status of your order by logging into your account and checking the order status. We will provide information about the shipping company and a tracking ID to help you monitor your order's progress.

We work with multiple logistical partners for the delivery of our products, including our in-house team, supplier's team, and third-party logistic providers.

3. Delivery Charges

For many products, delivery is complimentary. However, for certain items, delivery charges may apply.

Delivery charges are determined based on factors such as the specific product, the customer's location, and the total order value. You can find information about delivery charges on the product detail page before proceeding with the checkout process.

In the case of bulky products, we may charge an additional fee for door-step delivery in multi-storied buildings (to cover climbing each floor). The range of this additional charge will be clearly indicated on the product detail page, and it should be paid directly to the delivery personnel.

Alternatively, you have the option to select standard/on-ground/ground floor delivery*, where you arrange to collect the products from the ground floor, thus avoiding any additional charges.

4. Delivery Time

The delivery time is dependent on the specific product ordered and the delivery location. An estimated delivery timeframe is provided on the product details page. Please note that this delivery time is indicative and may vary due to external factors.

5. Shipping Backorders or Multiple Products

On rare occasions, we may need to backorder certain items or source inventory from multiple suppliers. This means that different parts of your order may be fulfilled from various locations.

When you order multiple items, we will make every effort to ship available items together. If only some of the items are available at a single location, we reserve the right to ship your order in multiple packages from multiple locations or suppliers. Rest assured that you will not incur any additional freight or delivery charges if we split your order into multiple packages.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your complete order, we will ship the available stock and backorder the items that are temporarily out of stock. You will receive an email notification with the estimated delivery date for the backordered items. Importantly, there will be no additional freight or delivery charges for backordered items.
